AskTheOracle.io offers a free yes/no oracle generator that provides instant answers to user queries. This feature is available to all users without requiring account creation.

4.2 Premium AI Oracle Chatbot

Our Service also offers a premium AI Oracle chatbot that provides personalized guidance through conversational experiences. Access to the premium chatbot requires account creation and payment.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

Premium access to the AI Oracle chatbot requires a payment of $4.99, which grants 24-hour access to the premium chat features.

7.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Your payment information is not stored on our servers but is handled securely by Stripe according to their terms of service and privacy policy.

7.3 Refunds

Due to the immediate access to digital content provided upon payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service at any time. Any price changes will not affect users who have already paid for premium access during their access period.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

NEITHER ASKTHEORACLE.IO NOR ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS MAKES ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR THAT ACCESS THERETO WILL BE CONTINUOUS OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU DOWNLOAD FROM, OR OTHERWISE OBTAIN CONTENT OR SERVICES THROUGH, THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL ASKTHEORACLE.IO, OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS, BE LIABLE WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR: (i) ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; (iii) FOR INTERRUPTION OF USE OR LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR (iv) FOR ANY AMOUNTS THAT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO ASKTHEORACLE.IO UNDER THIS AGREEMENT DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION. ASKTHEORACLE.IO SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY FAILURE OR DELAY DUE TO MATTERS BEYOND THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL. THE FOREGOING SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

8.3 No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind. Information and content provided through the Service should not be considered as a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. 9. INDEMNIFICATION

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

YOU AND ASKTHEORACLE.IO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

12.4 Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitrate
